The Medical Acceleration Rule: Baseline preparation defaults to standard lifecycle pacing. The moment an applicant receives an official interview invitation — whether during peak season or late cycle (Feb–Apr) — and submits verification via the DRH Client Portal (e.g., uploading invitation screenshot or portal confirmation), their package automatically unlocks Phase 3 Acceleration: up to two (2) live sessions per calendar week leading up to their interview date so we can run both a high-fidelity mock simulation and a final strategic polish. Program access automatically concludes the day the applicant completes their final medical school interview of the cycle.
Core Program Terms & Guardrails
To ensure maximum operational efficiency and elite placement results, the following structural rules apply to all coaching tracks:
Fixed-Scope Policy: To maintain absolute focus on presentation, verbal delivery, and interview mechanics, these programs strictly exclude essay editing, personal statement proofreading, or primary/secondary application structural reviews.
Scheduling Requirements: To guarantee custom simulation building and curriculum preparation, all sessions must be scheduled via the official DRH Client Portal at least 48 hours in advance.
Active Cycle Boundaries: The Unlimited Package is explicitly restricted to the active application cycle. Active coaching access automatically terminates on April 30th of the active cycle, or upon completion of the applicant's final scheduled interview, whichever occurs first.
Lifecycle Pacing Phases: To protect students from strategy fatigue while optimizing calendar availability, the Unlimited Package operates on a structured pacing lifecycle: Phase 1 (Foundation — May to August): Sessions are capped at a maximum of two (2) per calendar month to master behavioral delivery foundations. Phase 2 (Peak Season — September to January): Sessions transition to the standard pacing of one (1) live session per calendar week. Phase 3 (Acceleration Sprint Trigger — Active through interview date or April 30, whichever comes first): Triggered exclusively by verified official school invitations uploaded through the portal (including tight-turnaround late-cycle invites from Feb–Apr), unlocking up to two (2) sessions per calendar week leading to the interview date. Sessions may not be "hoarded" or rolled over into back-to-back daily schedules.
