Single Mock Interview Session
Terms & Conditions — Interview Preparation Service
This Agreement governs a single live mock interview session. It does not include document review, written feedback reports, or any other deliverable beyond the session itself and any verbal debrief provided during or immediately following the session.
7-Day Cancellation Window
A refund is available within 7 days of purchase, provided the session has not yet convened. A $150.00 administrative fee applies. Once the session convenes or 7 days elapse, the full $500.00 fee is earned and non-refundable. See §3 for full details.
§1 — Scope of Service
The Single Mock Interview Session consists of one (1) live mock interview conducted via Zoom. The session may simulate a Traditional, MMI (Multiple Mini Interview), or Panel format, as agreed upon at the time of scheduling.
The session includes a verbal debrief at the conclusion of the interview. No written feedback report, scoring rubric, or follow-up document review is included unless separately purchased.
Session duration is approximately 60 minutes, inclusive of the mock interview and debrief. DRH reserves the right to adjust the format or duration based on the interview type selected.
This package provides one (1) session credit. The session credit expires 12 months from the date of purchase if not scheduled and used.
§2 — Scheduling & Rescheduling
After purchase, the Client will receive instructions to schedule the session through the DRH student portal. Sessions are subject to advisor availability.
The Client may reschedule the session up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the session are subject to a $75 late-reschedule fee, which will be invoiced separately.
If the Client fails to attend the session without prior notice (no-show), the session credit is forfeited and no refund will be issued.
DRH reserves the right to reschedule a session due to advisor illness, emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the Client will be offered the next available appointment at no additional charge.
§3 — Refund & Cancellation Policy
A refund is available only if the Client submits a written cancellation request within seven (7) calendar days of the original purchase date AND before the session has convened.
If a refund is approved under the above conditions, a flat non-refundable administrative fee of $150.00 will be deducted from the amount paid. The remaining balance ($350.00) will be refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Once the session convenes — regardless of whether the Client completes the full session — the $500.00 fee is fully earned by DRH and no refund will be issued.
Once seven (7) calendar days have elapsed from the date of purchase, the $500.00 fee is fully earned and non-refundable, regardless of whether the session has been scheduled or used.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. Verbal requests will not be honored. DRH will confirm receipt of all written requests within 2 business days.
§4 — Client Responsibilities
The Client is responsible for joining the Zoom session on time with a functioning camera and microphone. Technical difficulties on the Client's end do not constitute grounds for a refund or session credit.
The Client agrees to engage in the session in good faith and to treat the DRH advisor with professional courtesy. DRH reserves the right to terminate a session and forfeit the session credit if the Client engages in abusive, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate conduct.
The Client acknowledges that mock interview performance during this session does not guarantee any particular outcome in actual medical school or college admissions interviews.
§5 — Confidentiality & Intellectual Property
All session materials, question banks, feedback frameworks, and methodologies shared during the session are the proprietary intellectual property of DRH Academic Pathways. The Client may not reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without prior written consent from DRH.
The Client agrees not to record the session without the express written consent of DRH. Unauthorized recording constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
DRH will keep the Client's personal information and session content confidential and will not share it with third parties except as required by law.
§6 — Limitation of Liability
DRH Academic Pathways provides advisory and coaching services only. We do not guarantee admission to any medical school, college, or other academic institution.
In no event shall DRH's total liability to the Client exceed the amount paid for this service ($500.00). DRH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of this service.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Indianapolis, Indiana.
